All requests for modification or cancellation are subject to prior administrative approval and are processed based on supply status and market developments.
Resale and redemption operations are calculated based on the weight of gold and its price in the international exchange on the day of execution, not the previous cash value.
These prices exclusively cover 21-karat gold bullion, and converting them into jewelry requires a branch visit to pay the prescribed manufacturing fees.
